The Flight of the Common Cranes in the Morning

This photographic series by Pierre captures the timeless grace of Common Cranes, wrapped in an ethereal veil of morning mist. This emblematic image from the series embodies the poetry of those moments when nature, bathed in soft, diffused light, becomes a living canvas.
Suspended in the air, the silhouettes of the cranes stand out delicately against a milky sky. Their outstretched wings, mid-flight, trace fluid arabesques in the muted light. Below, the barely visible vegetation, blurred by the mist, adds to the mysterious and contemplative atmosphere of the scene.
The ambiance is silent, almost meditative, as if the world holds its breath to observe this aerial ballet. Subtle shades of gray and white amplify the sense of tranquility, while the shadows of the cranes introduce a delicate depth and contrast to the composition. Every detail — from the birds’ elegant postures to the soft texture of the mist — invites the viewer into a moment suspended beyond time.
This series is an ode to the beauty of migration, the resilience of these great sky travelers, and the fragility of those fleeting moments when nature reveals itself in all its splendor.
The different types of frames and finishes available
The print comes with its certificate of authenticity and a Hahnemühle hologram affixed to the back.
The framing is left to your discretion.
The floating frame, sleek and modern, is one of the preferred framing choices for contemporary art galleries and museums.
The floating frame perfectly enhances your photographic print.
The spacing between the frame and the image creates a floating effect and highlights the image, making it an ideal art frame to maximize the depth and elegance of the artworks in our collection.
The print is mounted on a 2 mm Dibond panel and placed in the frame.
The depth of the floating frame is 4 cm, and the gap between the photograph and the inner edges of the frame is 0.8 cm for black or white finishes and 1 cm for wood finishes (Oak, Wenge, etc.). This arrangement creates a visually pleasing “floating” effect. Finally, a hanging system is attached to the back of the frame for a quick, easy, and secure installation.
This classic framing combines timeless elegance and sophistication, offering a sublime presentation for your most precious artworks and photographs. A wooden or aluminum frame, chosen for its simplicity and nobility, adds a touch of authenticity and refinement to your piece.
The mat, an essential element of this ensemble, enhances the artwork by creating a visual space around it. It highlights the details and nuances while adding extra depth. Carefully selected, it perfectly complements the artwork without overwhelming it, allowing every detail to stand out.
Finally, the museum glass, of exceptional quality, provides optimal protection against harmful elements such as dust, humidity, and UV rays. With its unmatched clarity and anti-reflective properties, it ensures perfect visibility from every angle, allowing your artwork to shine without distractions.
This harmonious ensemble transforms each piece into a masterpiece, ready to be admired and preserved for generations to come. Investing in a classic frame means choosing to enhance and protect what you cherish with unparalleled distinction.
