Seljalandsfoss, an iconic waterfall in southern Iceland, renowned for the opportunity to explore its depths by passing behind its veil of water. In this composition, Pierre transports us to the heart of this natural spectacle, at the precise moment when the setting sun transforms the landscape into a living canvas of light and motion.
The chosen perspective reveals the power and grace of the water, falling with force from a height of 65 meters, while the setting sun ignites the horizon with golden and warm hues. The striking contrasts between the vibrant green of the mossy slopes, the liquid transparency of the waterfall, and the infinite softness of the sky give this photograph an enchanting depth.
