In this striking black-and-white photo, we are plunged into the enigmatic atmosphere of a flood on the Seine in Paris.
The usually peaceful banks are unrecognizable, submerged by the river’s tumultuous waters.
In the foreground, the tree trunks stand like solitary sentinels, their water-covered silhouettes bearing witness to the spectacular rise in the Seine’s water level.

Pigment inkjet print on Fine Art paper, supplied with Hahnemühle certificate of authenticity.
The print is laminated onto a 2 mm Dibond sheet and mounted in the floating frame to give it visual depth.
The Fine Art print is placed on neutral cardboard, then covered with a 7 cm beveled white mat and anti-reflective, UV-resistant museum glass, before being framed in black aluminum or wood (black, white, oak or wenge).
