The “Glitches Series” is a collection of artistic black-and-white photographs that explore the aesthetics of glitch and visual distortion.In this series, the photographer captures bare trees in winter lining a county road, but with a fascinating twist, the trees seem to double in hypnotic, disorienting repetition.Each photo in the series presents a unique perspective on this visual distortion, creating a sensation of movement and blur that defies reality.Trees, normally static and unchanging, take on new life in this glitched universe, where contours blur and merge into one another.The use of black and white adds an extra dimension to the series, accentuating contrasts and textures to create an atmosphere that is both mysterious and striking.Shades of gray intensify the sense of depth and perspective, while the split forms of the trees evoke a sense of strangeness and wonder.Together, the photographs in the “Glitches Series” invite the viewer to explore the limits of visual perception and challenge our understanding of reality.It’s an immersive artistic experience that pushes the boundaries of imagination and creativity, capturing the very essence of mystery and beauty in a world where distortion becomes a form of artistic expression.

Pigment inkjet print on Fine Art paper, supplied with Hahnemühle certificate of authenticity.
The print is laminated onto a 2 mm Dibond sheet and mounted in the floating frame to give it visual depth.
The Fine Art print is placed on neutral cardboard, then covered with a 7 cm beveled white mat and anti-reflective, UV-resistant museum glass, before being framed in black aluminum or wood (black, white, oak or wenge).
