Cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus) What is it thinking?The cheetah has a piercing gaze, and once its prey has been located, it succeeds on average one time out of two when hunting in a group.When hunting alone, the success rate falls to around 20%. The cheetah has the particularity of being able to eat huge quantities of meat in a single sitting, because it knows that another predator may come along and steal its prey.As the only feline without retractable claws, it can’t mount its booty in a tree, as the leopard always does .

Pigment inkjet print on Fine Art paper, supplied with Hahnemühle certificate of authenticity.
The print is laminated onto a 2 mm Dibond sheet and mounted in the floating frame to give it visual depth.
The Fine Art print is placed on neutral cardboard, then covered with a 7 cm beveled white mat and anti-reflective, UV-resistant museum glass, before being framed in black aluminum or wood (black, white, oak or wenge).
