Reflections of dahlias

2020 – Paris, France

The photo, thanks to a custom filter, looks like a painted picture with impressionistic touches. It captures a warm, nostalgic interior scene. On the top of an antique wooden sideboard, a colorful bouquet of dahlias begins to wilt, adding a touch of melancholy to the vibrant colors of the flowers. The faded petals and the dahlias’ varied shades of red, pink, yellow and orange create a striking contrast. The bouquet is reflected in a large mirror behind the sideboard, amplifying the brilliance of the colors and adding depth to the composition. Alongside the bouquet, several vases of different shapes and sizes add visual diversity, some in colored glass, others in delicate porcelain. The vases, adorned with subtle motifs, reinforce the elegant, vintage mood of the scene. On the sideboard, there are also a few antique books stacked, with worn covers and yellowed pages. The books add a touch of erudition and mystery, evoking stories and lore of bygone days. The colorful picture as a whole exudes a charm that belongs to the past, a timeless beauty captured in a simple yet richly detailed domestic scene. The vivid colors and softly filtered elements give the photo a painterly quality, transforming an everyday scene into an evocative and emotive work of art.

Floating Frame

The floating frame, sleek and modern, is one of the preferred framing choices for contemporary art galleries and museums.

The floating frame perfectly enhances your photographic print.

The spacing between the frame and the image creates a floating effect and highlights the image, making it an ideal art frame to maximize the depth and elegance of the artworks in our collection.

The print is mounted on a 2 mm Dibond panel and placed in the frame.

The depth of the floating frame is 4 cm, and the gap between the photograph and the inner edges of the frame is 0.8 cm for black or white finishes and 1 cm for wood finishes (Oak, Wenge, etc.). This arrangement creates a visually pleasing “floating” effect. Finally, a hanging system is attached to the back of the frame for a quick, easy, and secure installation.

Frame with mat

This classic framing combines timeless elegance and sophistication, offering a sublime presentation for your most precious artworks and photographs. A wooden or aluminum frame, chosen for its simplicity and nobility, adds a touch of authenticity and refinement to your piece.

The mat, an essential element of this ensemble, enhances the artwork by creating a visual space around it. It highlights the details and nuances while adding extra depth. Carefully selected, it perfectly complements the artwork without overwhelming it, allowing every detail to stand out.

Finally, the museum glass, of exceptional quality, provides optimal protection against harmful elements such as dust, humidity, and UV rays. With its unmatched clarity and anti-reflective properties, it ensures perfect visibility from every angle, allowing your artwork to shine without distractions.

This harmonious ensemble transforms each piece into a masterpiece, ready to be admired and preserved for generations to come. Investing in a classic frame means choosing to enhance and protect what you cherish with unparalleled distinction.
